Role & Company profile:
Our client is a National FM provider. They are currently looking to recruit a Mobile Supervisor to cover one of their flagship contracts across the Midlands, based from their Derby office.
You will be Supervising a team of 15- 20 engineers. They will be carrying out general M&E building services and fabric PPM's and reactive maintenance schedules across 50-60 sites between Wolverhampton and Derby. .
Working on a variety of Mechanical & Electrical building services equipment, delivering service, maintenance, fault finding & repair.
Strong man management and communication skills a must.
You must be confident dealing with the clients FM & estates team.
Ability to produces RAMS and manage sub contractors where applicable.
You will be report to the National engineering manager.
Skills & Qualifications:
- City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 18 th edition of benefit
- F-gas of benefit
- Commercial gas of benefit
- Proven supervisory track record.
