Role: M&E Project Director
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Lincolnshire & Surrounding areas
The package: Company Pension, Vehicle or vehicle allowance
25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays

The Role & Company:
As the Project Director you will report to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for multiple client relationships across multiple live and future projects. You will have full ownership, responsibility and accountability commencing at the pre-construction phase through to successful project delivery.
The company are an expanding M&E contracting organisation who are looking for a seasoned Project director with a proven track record of deliver projects from £200k up to £8m mechanically & electrically.
You will have full responsibility for the P&L of the team.
You will have existing relationships and bring new revenue streams to the business.
The company self-deliver most of the works and use specialist sub-contractors and price work sub-contractors on packages.
Sectors include : retail, education and commercial building services. There are plenty of framework agreements and longstanding relationships with large builders.
Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
- HNC or HND in Building Services or Degree level qualification
- Strong time management skills
- Strong people skills
- Strong commercial skills
The role will suit somebody who is hungry to progress a business and manage a full M&E team for a forward thinking & established M&E contractor.
