Facilities Asset Manager
We have a new opportunity for a Facilities Asset Manager to support a General Manager in providing managed services to a contract in Nottinghamshire

- Salary: £40,000 + package (negotiable for right person)

The general responsibility of this role is providing day to day support to the project SPV General Manager in all aspects of managing the projects and provide line management support to the team and 3rd party Contractors to the Project Company on a PFI contract.
Duties include:
- Assisting the General Manager on the Facilities contract for overall performance and contract compliance
- Assisting the Manager with the Management of life-cycle and variations.
- Asset management of facilities building services
- H&S and quality inspections
- Asset reporting function, renewal, and enhanced maintenance strategies
- Ensure all activities are delivered within agreed budgets.
- Support the General Manager to ensure the delivery of, and compliance with, all obligations of the Project Agreement, Project Finance documents and associated contract documents on behalf of the Project Company
- Maintain an understanding of the Project Agreement, Schedules to the Agreement and associated Service Provider sub-contracts
Qualifications/Requirements
- Good knowledge of operational and management of PFI Facilities management project advantage
- Experienced with Asset Management
- Operations Facilities Management experience within hard & soft services
- Degree level qualification in a construction or FM discipline
- Health and Safety Regulations knowledge and understanding
- Excellent client relationship experience
- Experience with PFI Projects (desirable)
- Compliance experience
- Highly organised and customer focused
- Able to work effectively in highly pressured environments
- Managing operational issues within a complex environment
- Evidence of being able to take responsibility for identifying and addressing operational performance issues
