Role: Electrical Project Manager
Location: Lincolnshire
Salary & Package: £45k-£55k based on experience.
Car allowance £400 per month (£4800 per annum) or company car.
Holidays 25 plus 8 Health cover, company pension and life assurance.
We are currently recruiting for an electrical contracts manager to join a well established Lincolnshire Electrical contractor.
We have been given a specific brief to recruit a dynamic and hungry person who wants to work closely with director to expand the industrial arm of the business.
The business is currently commercial building services bias, however the director who is of industrial background has been brought into develop & grow their industrial contracting presence. The individual will help shape the new division and grow it.
Target works include manufacturing, petrochem, rail and process. He is looking for an all rounder who can help develop, retain and grow clients.
Projects will initially be £5k-£200k with a view to small extensions and on-going upgrades.
The person will be able to project manage, estimate and manage works from 'cradle to grave'.
The company itself is very large and you will have all the tools & financial backing to grow a team. This an exciting opportunity. The key to the person is a good attitude, work ethic and burning desire to progress.
