As a facilities Operations Director you will be responsible on all delivery aspects of Compliance, PPM and Reactive activities on multi site contracts
Duties include:
- Leading a team of maintenance service engineers and project works, hard & soft service
- Deliver key commercial and financial targets
- Develop and maintenance successful partnerships with all stakeholders
- Ensure robust assurance process for all aspects of statutory compliance
- Exceeding the contractual service objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team
- Lead on H&S matters
- Deliver a first class maintenance service
- Develop a clear business plan
