Role: Static Fabric Engineer
Location: Central London
Salary & Package:
£15- £16.00ph PAYE
40 hours per week 7.30am- 4pm
6 months work could lead to permanent
Our client: A large growing FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a fabric engineer with electrical knowledge to work on a static site in central London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all reactive Fabric Maintenance
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion
- Confident dealing with day to day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively
- Types of work includes AHU's, Minor plumbing, minor electrical repairing/replacing: Doors, locks, skirting boards, architrave.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment
- Relevant Electrical qualification
- Fire door qualification of benefit
- Good understanding of building services/mechanical maintenance
- Confident working to tight deadlines
