Facilities Asset Manager
We have a new opportunity for a Facilities Asset Manager to support a Asset Management team in providing facilities managed services to multiple custodial contracts in London and surrounding area.
My client is looking for candidates with experience within the custodial or prison sector

- Location: London and Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
- Salary: £55,000 + car allowance + bonus (Circa £60,000 + Bonus)
- Custodial experience is essential
- Facilities Management
Duties include:
- Assisting the Senior Asset Manager on the Facilities contract for overall performance and contract compliance
- Assisting the Manager with the Management of life-cycle and variations.
- Asset management of custodial / judicial building services
- H&S and quality inspections
- Asset reporting function, renewal, and enhanced maintenance strategies
- Ensure all activities are delivered within agreed budgets.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Good knowledge of operational and management of custodial or Prison Facilities management projects is essential
- Experienced with Asset Management
- Degree level qualification in a construction or FM discipline
- Health and Safety Regulations knowledge and understanding
- Excellent client relationship experience
- Experience with PFI Projects (desirable)
- Compliance experience
- Highly organised and customer focused
- Able to work effectively in highly pressured environments
