Role: Adminstrator
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £20-£21k per annum
Package: 25 days Paid holiday & 8 statutory plus company, Pension,
Due to expansion my client is recruiting for an Administrator to work alongside the estimating and helpdesk team.
Collating, checking & verifying paper work for minor works and reactive inbound calls.
This role is key to ensure quotations & jobs are correct and submitted without returned queries.
The Type of person:
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills
Ability to work unsupervised for long periods
Ability to chase paperwork & information
Ability to create rapport with colleagues
Resilient and determined
Ability to multi task and prioritise work load where necessary.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong IT Skills
Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
Ability to learn a new specialist in house software system.
