Cleaning Mobilisation Manager
We are recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Mobilisation Manager to be based Nationwide for 6 months plus with ontact potential extension.
You will be based from home with travel nationwide

Reporting to the Account Director, the Cleaning Mobilisation Manager will lead the implementation of the daytime cleaning model across the facilities management estate. You wil be responsible for the smooth transition from Touchpoint cleaning to the new model, whilst integrating it into the current cleaning operation
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the mobilisation of the Daytime Cleaning contract
- Management of the day to day activities and overall responsibility for
- TUPE Consultation
- RTW Checks
- BPSS / CTC Documentation
- BICS Level 1 Training
- Waste segregation training
- Monitor mobilisation progress, updating the project plan daily, and reporting internally and to the client as and when required.
- Establish and implement TOM model for daytime and existing cleaning hours
- Produce appropriate documentation for systems & processes necessary to deliver contract compliance including but not limited to
- Ezi-Tracker reporting
- Task Cards
- Task based RAMS
- Implement budgets for consumables and materials at site level
- Responsible for delivery and development of the compliance process in relation to KPI contractual requirements
- Implement appropriate internal auditing methods to ensure service delivery is compliant with the requirements of the client specification and corporate governance

Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience of mobilising large multi-site facilities soft service contracts, with cleaning subject matter expertise.
- Must be available immediatley
- Experience of dealing with clients and stakeholders and be able to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled in Soft Services FM delivery
- An effective communicator both written & oral
- To plan, prioritise and allocate work
- Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Preferably Ezi-tracker experience, however job specific training can be provided
