Facilities Asset Manager
We have a new opportunity for a Facilities Asset Manager to support a Facilities SPV Manager in providing managed services to a Healthcare contract in Cornwall
Summary:
- Facilities Asset Manager
- Location:Cornwall
- Salary: £40,000 + car allowance + 20% bonus
- Health Care
- Facilities Management PFI
Duties include:
- Assisting the SPV Asset Manager on the Facilities contract for overall performance and contract compliance
- Assisting the Manager with the Management of life-cycle and variations.
- Asset management of building services
- H&S and quality inspections
- Asset reporting function, renewal, and enhanced maintenance strategies
- Ensure all activities are delivered within agreed budgets.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Good knowledge of operational and management of PFI Facilities management project
- Experience working in a Healthcare environment (essential)
- Experienced with Asset Management
- Degree level qualification in a construction or FM discipline
- Health and Safety Regulations knowledge and understanding
- Excellent client relationship experience
- Experience with PFI Projects (desirable)
- Compliance experience
- Highly organised and customer focused
- Able to work effectively in highly pressured environments
