Role: Contracts Manager
Salary: £45-£50k per annum.
Location: Manchester
The package: Company Pension, Healthcare Vehicle or vehicle allowance (£5K)
Annual bonus incentive
24 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
The Role
We are working with an expanding Hard services FM organisation who are looking for an experienced contracts manager to oversee their Manchester business.
Portfolio of works include schools, hospitals, universities and offices.
You will be responsible for managing 8 engineers, 3 helpdesk and 1 x supervisor.
You will be strong at commercial management and help really develop and drive the business.
You will directly to the director of the North.
- Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
- Experience in FM operations
- Of a Hard services HVAC or M&E background.
- Strong time management skills
- Strong people skills
- Strong commercial skills
- Strong Business Development skills
