Facilities Administrator

Role: Facilities Administrator 

Location: Horsforth 

Salary: £21-£23k per annum

Package: 22 days Paid holiday & 8 statutory plus company, Pension

Hours 9am- 5pm Monday to Friday 

Due to expansion my client is recruiting for a Facilities Administrator work alongside the helpdesk manager for a portfolio of commercial maintenance contracts across Yorkshire and the North West.

It will be working for a HVAC/M&E FM provider who manage various commercial FM contracts. They undertake all minor works, planned preventative and reactive maintenance to their various client’s portfolio of buildings.

Duties Include:

• Managing all reports and WIP for the client.
• Schedule Engineers and take inbound reactive calls
• responsible for accurate invoicing of engineer works
• Relay information accurately with the managers
• Co-ordinate all variance and keep up to date documents on the software system and excel.
• Collate reports and data as requested.

• Strong time management and interpersonal skills
• Confident speaking with client and receiving inbound calls, whether good or challenging information
• Strong Admin skills
• Ability to work unsupervised for long periods
• Ability to manage clients and key stakeholders within organisation
• Ability to create rapport with clients and team
• Ability to multi task and prioritise work load where necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong IT Skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Ability to learn a new specialist software system.

Overview of role:

This role will suit someone, who was worked in M&E Building services, Housing contracts, Construction or Facilities management projects previously. Knowledge of FM would advantageous but by no means essential. This a great to join a secure and interesting company with long term career prospects.
