Technical Compliance Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for A Technical Compliance Manager to join a leading Facilities Management Organisation working on contracts around South Western England.
To be successful in this role candidates will have a good understanding of Facilities Contracts, Contract Variations, Additional work opportunities, Risk Management and general management tools.

Duties of the role
- Responsible for monitoring and advising on all Compliance of the contract against legal and regulatory requirements and
- Be the official to ensure technical compliance is achieved and maintained across the account.
- Responsible for working on areas across Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Reactive Maintenance (RW) and Project workstreams, as well as contractual compliance
- Leading the ongoing quality assurance of the contract through a system of audits.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the service delivery specifications of the contract
- Identifying upcoming changes to legislative or regulatory requirements and the impact of these upon the services requirements.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in an Audit and Compliance role in a professional Facilities Management capacity
- Sound understanding of the Facilities Management industry
- Experience in using CAFM applications
- Higher National Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent experience
- Electrical & Mechanical and/or Fire vocational qualifications.
- Strong background of applied Health and Safety practices e.g., IOSH/NEBOSH Qualified
- Strong understanding of the Management of Asbestos P405 Certificate or equivalent
- Hold a full UK Driving licence.
