Facilities Project Manager
We have an exciting opportunity working for a leading Facilities Management Organisation, for a Temporary Facilities Project Manager in Wakefield West Yorkshire, for a period of 4-6 months.- Facilities Project Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates that have come from a facilities management environment and has worked on pricing and packaging projects.
Duties of the Role
•Managing multiple small works projects at any one time
•Reviewing cost estimations and putting together pricing packages
•Ensure projects are delivered on-time, to scope and within budget
•Liaise with contractors and stakeholders at all levels
•Completion of scheduled work
•Ensuring projects are adhering to strict health & safety regulationsRequirements/Qualifications
•Candidates must have previous experience managing projects on a Facilities Management contract
•Good knowledge of the build environment
•Exceptional organisational and methodical problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
•Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with senior stakeholders
