Helpdesk Advisor
Sunderland
£16.75/hour
8 weeks minimum contract
Our client is looking for a Helpdesk Advisor to join thier team to cover a period of absence on a 8 to 12 week contract. This is within a hospital environment working within the estates department.
The Role
- Provide excellent Customer Service to a range of internal and external customers
- Manage and respond to all enquires and communication via all contact channels
- Receive and process complaints, comments or suggestions ensuring these are resolved
- Follow an approved quotes process for ad-hoc works updating and adding detail to the task in CAFM as well as contacting relevant approvers
- Liaising with operational teams to ensure works are carried out
- Raising and escalating any issues, ad-hoc tasks, complaints, observations and other queries in our CAFM
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Previous experience of working in a helpdesk/contact centre/customer service environment
- Knowledge of the FM sector including e.g., CAFM, PPM, re-active repairs and maintenance
