We are recruiting for a Statutory Compliance Manager to work for a progressive Facilities Management organisation on a PFI contract in the North West.

As the Technical Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of the planned statutory engineering maintenance services on the facilities management contract including mechanical, electrical water and asbestos.

• £45,000 - £50,000 plus Car/car allowance
• Full time permanent role
• Must have PFI statutory compliance  experience
• Must be electrical or Mechanical Qualified
• Location: North West

Duties

• Maintenance and upkeep of an electronic asset register and compliance documentation
• Support the provision of lifecycle planning and delivery of lifecycle works
• Manage the delivery of engineering activity including reactive, planned, and minor project works
• Oversee responsibility for management of Asbestos
• Act as Responsible Person (RP) for statutory compliance and L8
• Ensure delivery of a safe, customer focused, cost effective, efficient, and compliant service to meet the contractual and legal obligations
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and relevant company and client policies reflecting a proper health and safety environment.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be electrical or Mechanical qualified
• Experience working with and certificate in management of asbestos and Legionella
• Must have experience with Statutory compliance on a  PFI Contract
• NEBOSH Qualified
• Experience working with maintenance statuary and technical compliance
• Qualification in or technical knowledge of management of high voltage and ventilation
• Experience working in a similar post on a facilities management contract
