Role: Mobile Multi-skilled Joiner
Location: Ashton Under Lyne
Salary & Package: Competitive salary £29-£30K per annum Based on 38.75 hour week OT after 38.75 hours & Sat @ x1.5, Sunday x 2
26 days holidays plus Bank holidays.
On call 1 in 5 standing payment £75 plus £50 bonus per call out and minimum call payment, 4 hours @ x1.5- Great earning potential on call out.

Our client: A large growing FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a maintenance joiner to work on 9 large public sites in Ashton Under Lyne
The successful candidate will be responsible for all reactive Fabric Maintenance with strong joinery skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion
- Confident dealing with day to day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively
- Types of work includes repairing/replacing: Doors, locks, skirting boards, architrave.
- Strong background with fire door installation and repair
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment
- Relevant Carpentry Qualification
- Fire door qualification
- Good understanding of building services/mechanical maintenance
- Confident working to tight deadlines
- Full, clean driving licence
