Role: Static Maintenance Plumber
Location: Leeds
Salary & Package: Competitive salary £30-£31K per annum Based on 40 hour week OT after 40 hours & Sat @ x1.5, Sunday x 2
23 days holidays plus Bank holidays.

No Vehicle is included but there is free parking.
We are recruiting for a service & maintenance company who do full HVAC and electrical maintenance packages for national companies and public bodies.
They currently have a role for a Plumber to cover the maintenance on a large static site in Leeds.
The role is very varied and you will be working closely with the other engineers on site.
Works include planned and reactive maintenance of taps, TRVS, TMVs, sinks, toilets, cold water & Pipework.
A strong background and ability to complete other building services maintenance tasks such as minor fabric, changing electrical ballasts etc. is essential
Overtime is available and there are other sites you can do Overtime on also in West Yorkshire.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 Plumbing and Heating Or Heating & Ventilation
- Ipaf or Pasma of benefit
- Commercial gas of benefit but not essential
