Role: Static Maintenance Electrician
Location: Sutton
Salary & Package: Competitive salary £35K per annum Based on 40 hour week OT after 40 hours & Sat @ x1.5, Sunday x 2
24 days holidays plus Bank holidays.

No Vehicle is included but there is free parking.
We are recruiting for a service & maintenance company who do full HVAC and electrical maintenance packages for national companies and public bodies.
They currently have a role for an electrician to cover the maintenance on a large static site in Sutton.
The role is varied and you will be working closely with the other engineers on site.
Works include planned and reactive maintenance of fan coils, AHU's, Emergency lighting and re-lamping
Overtime is available and there are other sites you can do Overtime on also.
A strong building services background is a must, other duties such as a basic fabric and plumbing will be required from time to time.
Qualifications:
- NVQ 3 electrical installations
- 17 th edition or 18 th edition
- Ipaf or Pasma of benefit
- 2391/4/5 of benefit
