Exciting opportunity for an Assistant Contracts Manager/Assistant Facilities Manager to join a growing facilities management company in North London on education projects
As an Assistant Contract / Facilities Manager you will support the management on all Hard & Soft Services operations within multiple education schools Contracts around the North London region.
Duties include:
- Contract Management and facilities managment support.
- Sub contractor management and sourcing of subcontractors
- Assist with the operation and development of Health & Safety
- Supporting Project Manager to ensure the safe delivery and on time Variations Life Cycle and small works.
- Development of technical skills within the in-house care-taking team.
- Management of utilities
- Technical and Contractual reporting
- Facilities Management
- Supporting the Contract Manager to lead, motivate and support a team of FM staff and sub-contractors in the day-to-day FM service delivery.
- Manage the site teams and performance
- Working to KPI's as detailed within the contract project agreements for all FM service delivery ensuring that payment penalties are at an absolute minimum.
- Audit soft services including cleaning and report in-line with contract requirements
- Report on all authority damage activities through the appropriate system and monthly FM meeting framework.
- Assist the management of all Hard Services delivered
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements.

Qualification/Requirements
- Experienced in managing facilities services including soft services cleaning grounds and specialist subcontractors.
- Experience within PFI or education contracts (advantage)
