Location: Yorkshire
Salary: £35-£36k per annum Mon-Fri 40 hour week
Ot after 40 hours & Sat- x1.5 & Sun- x 2
Paid travel.
23 days holiday plus stats

The Company:
Our client is a leading provider of facilities maintenance and small work projects in the built environment. Working in partnership with some of the UK's best known companies & public sector contracts.
They are a market leader in mechanical, electrical and fabric maintenance for both the private and public sector
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a working mechanical foreman to undertake small works projects across the UK.
Mechanical works values are up to £350k, often the work is quick turnaround and will require an organised individual to lead a small team of plumber/pipefitter. Only one project is undertaken at a time.
You will be overseeing up to 3 plumber/pipefitters
You will be required to work away and work out of premises opening hours at times.
You will hold tool box talks and attend client meetings.
You will be responsible for procuring materials.
The Person
- Strong Supervisory skills in a small works environment
- Candidate must be comfortable customer facing as you are in a sensitive environment
- SSSTS of benefit but not essential
- A clean DBS check is essential too
- NVQ's and City & Guilds in Heating & venitlation
- Strong working knowledge of electrical works
- Ability to manage team and sub contractors and liaise effectively with the project manager
