I am a Principal Consultant at 300 North, specialising in Energy and Power Generation recruitment, with a specific focus on Gas Turbine Field Services, Controls Engineering, and senior technical roles across OEMs, ISPs, and EPC contractors.
I work globally with highly skilled Field Service Engineers, Controls Engineers, and Technical Advisors supporting aeroderivative and heavy-duty gas turbine projects. My role is to provide clients with deployable, proven engineers who can mobilise quickly and deliver on critical outages, commissioning programmes, and long-term service contracts.
My approach is deliberately specialist and relationship-led. I focus on a narrow technical market, prioritising quality over volume, and work closely with both clients and engineers to ensure long-term alignment, repeat deployments, and consistent delivery.

I have several years’ experience recruiting within technical engineering markets and now operate exclusively within the Energy sector. I partner with international clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and LATAM, supporting both contract and selective permanent hires where expertise, urgency, and project risk demand specialist input.

What Do You Like Doing Outside Of Work?

I Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors and keeping active, whether that’s getting to the gym, family walks, bike rides, hiking, or getting away for a weekend break. When the weather allows, you’ll often find me in a beer garden making the most of it.

Tell Us Something About Yourself That People Won't Know

I have skydived with the Army’s display team The Red Devils, an experience which I would say everybody should try! I’m also a keen cook and enjoy experimenting in the kitchen when time allows.

If You Won The Lottery What Would You Buy?

I would spend an extended period travelling Australia. With extended family based there, it’s a long-planned trip still to be done, and the combination of climate, beaches, and outdoor lifestyle is hard to beat.

Prior to 300 North, I worked as an Internal recruiter in FM and Logistics and built up a recruitment department from scratch. At 300 North I’m a Talent Resourcer specialising in FM – Hard Services & M&E. I work alongside Joe and Jack to recruit Engineers, Administrators, Team Leaders, Supervisors and Managers in Electrical, Gas and Air Conditioning.

My first real paid job was when I was 17 and worked as an Administrator whilst going to night school to study Law. I'll never forget how I could get the bus directly to the office from home for 19p each way! From there I worked in criminal law, moved into being a qualified person-centred counsellor, and then I found my way into recruitment and have never looked back!

What Do You Like Doing In Your Spare Time?

I love visiting family over tea and cake and catching up with friends at a bottomless brunch! I do like to have ‘me’ time too and enjoy mindful thinking and I meditate daily. I'm involved in raising money for charities, in particular mental health which is very close to my heart. I help run a modified car club and raise money for the charity MIND, taking part in car shows.

What's Your Favourite Sport?

Motorsport! Especially attending Santa Pod Raceway for the European Drag Racing, followed by Stock car racing at Bradford. I love the adrenalin, noise and weirdly the smell.
