PAYE CONTRACTORS

You work for us directly under a Contract for Services as a worker rather than as an employee. We deduct PAYE and National Insurance (NI) and send you a payslip each week.

PERSONAL SERVICE COMPANY (PSC)

You provide your services through a limited company of which you are a director and shareholder.

CONTRACTOR SERVICES COMPANY (CSC)

You work through an intermediary company who processes your pay, along with many other contractors. This will usually be an umbrella company or, under limited circumstances, a CIS subcontracting company. Please note that the use of a CSC is subject to our approval and we may ask you to select an alternative CSC at our discretion.
