Operations Manager
We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager for an engineering organisation in West Yorkshire.
- This Operations Manager post is a permanent position paying a basic salary of between £35,000 - £45,000 + plus company car + 15% bonus
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record at Operation Management level.
- As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the successful management of the projects.

Duties include:
- Compliance
- Financials
- Training & Development of staff
- Risk Assessments
- Quarterly Audits on sites
- Monthly reporting
- Recording of Planned Preventative Maintenance activities and the Annual Maintenance Plan
- Life cycle of plant and equipment
- Appraisals
- Training & Developments plans
- Coaching and mentor of staff
- Adherence to company policies and procedures regarding Human Resources Management.
- Conflicts between the client, staff or other personnel are resolved in a timely manner and in accordance with any dispute resolution procedure
- Appraisals
- Financials -forecasts, reviews, budgets
- Monitoring costs, overheads, profits
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven track record of managing people within Facilities Management or engineering
- This does not require a technical background but any experience within asbestos would be an advantage
