Operations Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Manager for an engineering organisation in West Yorkshire.

This Operations Manager post is a permanent position paying a basic salary of between £35,000 - £45,000 + plus company car + 15% bonus
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record at Operation Management level.
As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the successful management of the projects.

Compliance
Financials
Training & Development of staff
Risk Assessments
Quarterly Audits on sites
Monthly reporting
Recording of Planned Preventative Maintenance activities and the Annual Maintenance Plan
Life cycle of plant and equipment
Appraisals
Training & Developments plans
Coaching and mentor of staff
Adherence to company policies and procedures regarding Human Resources Management.
Conflicts between the client, staff or other personnel are resolved in a timely manner and in accordance with any dispute resolution procedure
Appraisals
Financials -forecasts, reviews, budgets
Monitoring costs, overheads, profits

Qualifications and Experience

Proven track record of managing people within Facilities Management or engineering
This does not require a technical background but any experience within asbestos would be an advantage
