Senior Operations Manager
My client is looking for a technical Operations Manager to manage day day to day operations of hard services PFI contracts within the Oxfordshire region
Summary:
Operations Manager
Salary £65,000 - £70,000 + Car + Bonus
Location: Oxfordshire
PFI Facilities Management Contracts
Mechanical or Electrical or construction qualified- Monthly Report and monthly Service Report
- Day to day Operational Management
- Audits, Variations; checking and processing invoices for payment.
- Contract development
- Client liasion
- Health & Safety statistics
- Variation and lifecycle works
- Line management responsibility
- Carrying out of regular audits on Compliance
Qualifications/Requirements
- Technical qualified inc Electrical, Mechanical or Construction management
- Experience in similar role within a main Facilities Management contractor or large PFI contracts
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (MS Word, Excel)
- Project Management experience
- Experience of PFI Facilities Management contracts
- Have worked within a PFI/PPP contract or a large PFI Estate
