300 North are looking to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator for our residential client based in North Yorkshire.
The main duties of this role include:
Specific Duties:
- Arranging and attending meetings with the NHBC / local authorities to resolve issues where necessary and arrange inspections with housing associations at the end of the maintenance period.
- Compilation of reports for management and board meetings.
- Managing customer complaints in line with company procedures.
- Manage and monitor the Customer Journey
- Lead and manage the Customer Care department.
- Liaison with Site Managers and sub-contractors to arrange rectification of reported items
Qualifications / Experience Required/Preferred:
All candidates must have a thorough knowledge of NHBC standards and must be computer literate. Previous managerial experience, preferably within the construction industry, would be advantageous.
The successful candidate will be organised, self-motivated, efficient and capable of managing their time and the department in order to provide a quality service to our customers.
