Project Manager
Lakenheath
Salary £45K - £50K plus car and benefits
Our client is looking for a third party Project Manager to join their team based in Lakenheath.
This role will form an essential part of the operational team within the contract and will be client forward facing, the candidate will work closely with all teams and will have to have excellent communication skills to ensure all operational and contractual obligations are adhered to mitigate risk to the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management in liaising with contract managers to identify, quote and plan extra works.
- Assist the project management team in liaising with the client for minor works quoting and approval and site surveys.
- Assist in the carrying out of minor works meetings with the client and end user
- Assist in arranging and managing sub-contractors for minor works delivery.
- Plan and program minor works
- Assist in the holding of monthly review meetings with the client on each establishment.
- Assistant in the provision and deliver monthly performance reports to the client with the assistance of the administration team.
Qualifications and Experience
- DBS/DS Standard
- Management qualifications and experience in project management
- Good knowledge and experience in minor works and project delivery
- Experience and training in CDM management
- Good It skills particularly Microsoft word and excel
- Strong negotiation skills
