Facilities Management Account Manager, Bridgend, South Wales
We are recruiting on behalf of a large Facilities Management provider for a Facilities Management Account Manager based in Bridgend South Wales
- Account Manager
- £50000 plus car/car allowance + Bonus
- Facilities Management contract
- Bridgend, South Wales
- Electrical Background
- Perm (will consider temp)
- Immediate start
As the Facilities Management Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the hard services of multiple static and mobile contracts across South Wales.
Duties:
- Maintain and develop financial and operational policies and procedures that ensure the efficient conduct of the contracts
- Preparation of statutory reports, returns statistics and accounts etc.
- Ensure the company fulfils their obligations in line with the facilities contract
- Maximise business development opportunities
- Monitor and implement all quality assurance aspects of each operating company's services to the project.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Technical qualification electrical (essential)
- Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety Regulations
- Previous Account Management experience on a Facilities Management contract.
