My client is looking to recruit a Helpdesk Advisor to work in Warrington and be the first point of contact for a portfolio of residential properties in the North of England, t he customer is a high-profile client and so a high level of service is required for this role.
You will take incoming calls from customers dealing with building maintenance issues in their house, this can be anything from interior to exterior issues. From here you will liaise with the relevant engineering contractor who will send a tradesperson to the property and deliver 5* service to resolve the issue. You will then provide all the relevant administrative procedures, such as logging calls and updating systems.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Advantageous to have experience in housing or engineering helpdesk
- Polite telephone manner
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- High standards of written English
- Ability to prioritise work loads
- Ability to delegate tasks.
- Competent with Microsoft office such as Excel and Word.
