Mobilisation Manager, Cambridgeshire
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management Organisation for a Mobilisation Manager based in Cambridgeshire to work on a large Facilities Management Contract.

Our client is looking for a strategic and commercially driven individual with extensive experience of leading and directing large and complex Facilities Services contracts within central government covering hard and soft services.
Duties include:
- Being responsible for the leadership of the mobilisation project and programmes from pre-contract through to handover into operations
- Strategic direction and process
- Ensure the development of the full mobilisation plan is completed pre-mobilisation, identifying and securing the required resources to deliver the contract and bid commitments on time.
- Establish the correct level of governance, delegated authority and reporting for the project to deliver effectively.
Qualifications/Requirements- You will have proven experience in a senior mobilisation role within a central government contract
- Proven ability to maximise budget, enhance user experience and creativity across all channels in alignment with business strategy
- Demonstrates good judgement and decision-making skills
- High level mobilisation and project management experience within TFM contracts (Total facilities management)
- Ability to effectively communicate, motivate and interact with all levels within the organisation
- A proven track record of leadership
