300 North are looking for a New Homes Sales Advisor for our client in the North East.
As a Sales Advisor in the Sales & Marketing department, you’ll be an integral part of the team – one that doesn’t just sell bricks and mortar, but that helps make customers’ dream new homes become a reality. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for homebuyers, as well as liaising with solicitors, estate agents and bank and building society managers and valuers.
As a sales advisor you will gain invaluable experience, knowledge and skills of both sales & marketing and of the house-building industry. And you’ll also receive a great benefits package too.
Job Description
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be helping homebuyers every step of the way by taking reservations, initiating paperwork and ensuring purchasers understand the financial and legal aspects of buying a new home.
This varied advisor role includes a wide range of duties, including:
- Building up and maintaining good working relationships
- Ensuring all contract and completion timescales are adhered to
- Conducting showhome viewings and being an expert on the Bloor Homes specification
- Dealing professionally and knowledgeably with all enquiries via phone, email and in-person.
- Effective liaison with the Site Manager to ensure good knowledge of plot construction progress and safe areas for viewings.
The salary of this role will be up to £50k with OTE .
