Site Manager
Location: Rotherham
£23- £25 per hour
6 weeks contract
Contract start date Monday 22nd July
Our client requires an experienced site manager to work on school refurbishments in Rotherham. The contract covers flooring, decoration, toilet refurbishments, overseeing M&E works
The Role
- Overseeing sub contractors working on the refurbishment projects on a school in Rotherham
- Ensuring H&S is adhered to on site at all times.
- Issuing work permits
- Tool box talks
- Resolving issues on site
- Reporting directly into a project manager who is covering a number of sites.
The Person
You will be immediately available
You will be an experienced site manager.
Able to work on own or as part of a team, reporting directly into the project manager.
You will be required to use your own lap top initially and mobile phone.
Qualifications
- CSCS Black
- Standard DBS required
- SMSTS
- 1st Aid
- Asbestos Awareness
