We are currently recruiting a Mobile Joiner who will respond to requests from a portfolio of properties across Yorkshire. The role will be working predominantly in Leeds and the West Yorkshire area.

Responsibilities:
- Support M&E team with shop fitting and joinery related projects
- General fabric maintenance across a commercial portfolio
- Responding to all assigned helpdesk requests concerning breakdown work, ensuring that jobs are completed within allocated service level agreements
- General maintenance and repairs to building fabric and associated equipment as necessary
- Liaise with, and manage external contractors as and when appropriate, to meet the needs of the business
- Identification and reporting/repairing of defects and maintenance requirements within properties
- Be a main key holder to properties, including responding to emergency call outs as part of the on-call rota system
- Porterage and caretaking tasks; including accepting deliveries, litter picking, weeding, removal of rubbish and the setting out of furniture to agreed timescales and standards (Education only)

The Ideal Candidate:
- Joinery qualification (time served or minimum NVQ level 2 or City & Guilds equivalent)
- Have a trade background or good practical core skills together with previous maintenance experience both in, and outside of a core Joinery trade
- Be computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Hold excellent communications skills and the ability to liaise with Tenant Groups & Subcontractors
- Possess good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a variety of tasks
- Possess a positive approach to learning, development and progression
- Have a trade background or good practical core skills together with previous maintenance experience
- Have a flexible outlook towards hours worked (some out of hours working may be required)
- Hold a Valid UK Driving license
