Role: Site Manager
Location: Ripon
Rate: £270 per day CIS (8-hour day, Monday to Friday)
Contract: 6 months work
About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a bespoke housebuilder for a Site Manager to oversee the build and refurb of a bespoke housing site in Ripon, North Yorkshire.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in delivering high-end housing projects
- Strong focus on Health & Safety (H&S)
- Exceptional attention to quality and detail
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Ability to conduct Toolbox Talks and RAMS
- Effective reporting to the Contract Manager
- Awareness of local community considerations
- Ability to interpret architectural designs and plans
