300 North are looking to recruit a Handyperson to work for our residential client in Wetherby.
This will be a customer facing role and would suit someone who has worked as a Foreman or Assistant Site Manager in new build housing.
The successful candidate will be from a trade background and be able to work on defects and snagging on new properties as part of the client aftercare process as well as been able to deal with customers face to face.
The main duties of this role will include:
- Managing your own diary and travelling to appointments
- Liaising with sub-contractors to pass on work that cannot be completed by yourself
- Dealing with customers in their homes
- Correcting defects within the properties
To apply for this role you will need to hold a CSCS card and be from a trade background
