Project Manager - Aeroderivative Gas Turbines
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + bonuses & strong benefits scheme
Location: Hybrid, Houston, TX (home working + U.S. site travel)
Contract Type: Permanent
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in aeroderivative gas turbines to support maintenance projects across the U.S.
This position is based in Houston (hybrid), combining home working, time at HQ, and travel to customer sites. You'll be responsible for coordinating field engineers, parts, and stakeholders to ensure maintenance outages are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage turbine maintenance projects on LM2500, LM6000, LMS100 (and equivalent) fleets.
- Schedule and coordinate Field Service Engineers, buyers, and logistics teams.
- Act as main point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee outage planning, parts procurement, and reporting.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards, cost control, and timelines.
- Lead and support multiple concurrent maintenance projects.
Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience within power generation/energy.
- Direct experience with aeroderivative gas turbines (LM2500, LM6000, LMS100).
- Strong knowledge of maintenance projects (not installation/commissioning).
- Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel to U.S. customer sites as needed.
- Based in or able to relocate to Houston, TX.
