Location: Drighlington, Bradford
Salary: £30,000 per annum, (DOE)
Type: Full time, permanent, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
About Our Client
Our client, an approved electrical contractor based in Bradford, is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join their team. With their Head Office in Drighlington, they deliver installation, maintenance and electrical services across the UK.
The Role
You'll be the beating heart of the office, helping keep engineers on the road, clients in the loop and paperwork under control. Your day to day will include:
- Enquiry handling: Receive calls and emails, log new projects, and follow up with clients and subcontractors
- Office systems: Maintain CRM and filing systems-paper and digital
- General admin: Invoice chasing, expense claims, ordering supplies, and adhoc tasks to keep the office sailing smoothly
You'll Have
- Proven office/admin experience (ideally in construction, FM, or electrical)
- A flair for MS Office (Word, Excel) and confidence in learning new systems (CRM, ERP)
- Excellent phone manner and written communication
- Strong organisational skills with a sensible, can do attitude
