Location: Ilkley (Relocating to LS18 in the Summer)
Salary: £35k - £40k per annum
Contract: Permanent | Monday to Friday | 40 hours | Office Based

Are you an office manager or Senior Administrator who gets things done ? Great at keeping everything ticking behind the scenes? Do you enjoy having a variety throughout the day?
A well-established building services company is on the lookout for a brilliant Office Manager to run their office. The role is currently based in Ilkley, but they're relocating to Yeadon later this summer.
You'll be the go-to person who keeps everything organised and moving - the glue that holds the team together.
What you'll be doing:
- Keeping day-to-day office operations running smoothly
- Supporting admin staff and directors with HR coordination
- Managing suppliers, fleet logistics, PPE/workwear and IT coordination
- Organising meetings, accommodation, bookings and events
- Taking the lead on budgets, expenses and those ever-satisfying to-do lists
What we're looking for:
- Solid office management experience
- A proactive, sleeves-rolled-up approach
- A natural organiser with strong communication skills
- Someone who thrives in a close-knit, straight-talking team
