Position: Fabric Engineer
Salary: up to £36,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Weekly Hours: 40
On-call: 1 in 5
Standby: 4:30 PM - 10 PM, not regular callouts
Weekly standby payment: £150
Call out rate: 1.5
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays

Location: Coventry
A growing Building Services Company is recruiting a Handyperson or Fabric Engineer to cover leisure centre sites across Coventry, starting the first week in September.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform building fabric repairs.
- Conduct building Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
- Utilise relevant experience in building maintenance tasks.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant experience in building fabric repairs is essential.
- Relevant qualifications are desirable.
