Description

Role; Site Manager 

Location: Wakefield

Rate: £250 per day CIS 

Mon-Fri 

8.30am - 5.30pm

Start Tuesday 27th of August 

(might be a couple of early starts and early finishes)

We are currently recruiting for a freelance site manager to oversee M&E sub-contractors on a college plant room/AHU upgrades in Wakefield for an FM provider. 

There will be hoists in the building and crane lifts for the new Air Handling Units also.  

Must have:

SMSTS

First aid

Have/or held an enhanced DBS check with child barring 

Strong sub-contractor management and keen eye for health & safety is a must.
