Site Manager 

£260 - 280 per day 

Enhanced DBS Essential

Start date Monday 22nd July (6 weeks)

Lancashire

Our client is looking for a site manager to join the team and cover a site in Lancashire on a 6 week temporary contract over the summer holidays. This is working on a school contract.  

The Role


  • Overseeing subcontractors on site
  • Issuing work permits
  • H&S briefings
  • Tool box talks
  • Keeping all paperwork up to date
  • Ensuring the work is being carried out to spec. 
  • Experience of working within the Facilities management industry preferred
  • Experience of working on PFI contracts advantageous

The Person


  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Black
  • 1st Aid
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Comes from a fabric or M&E background 

You must have an enhanced DBS carried out for this role.
