Description

Facilities Management Project Coordinator, Blackburn

We are looking for a Facilities Management Project Co-ordinator to join a leading Facilities Management Organisation to be based in Blackburn on a permanent basis.

  • £30000 - £35000 plus bonus plus benefits
  • Full time permanent role
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Duties


  • Providing administration support to the Lifecycle Team
  • Working with Lifecycle Team to supervising contractors, liaising with clients and other departments within the Company during projects
  • Liaison and management of the performance of preferred suppliers/subcontractors to include controlling, scheduling and coordinating sub-contractors
  • Support in the management of the relationships between the clients, and key stake holders.
  • End to End workflow administration of Projects and Lifecycle Works through SAP System
  • Raising and Receipting of any project and lifecycle to include all overhead Purchase Orders
  • Liaising with subcontractors.
  • Raising of all client Invoices and Credit Notes through SAP

Role/Candidate Requirements


  • Strong administration experience within a Facilities Management role
  • Previous experience assisting on Projects within the built environment
  • Experienced in MS Office applications and Outlook and proficient in Excel
  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
  • Good time management skills, working to deadlines and adhering to set procedures
  • Must be organised, hardworking and attentive with a strong emphasis on willing to learn from others.
