Role: Helpdesk Manager
Location: West Leeds
Salary: £28-£35k per annum
Hours of work: 8.30am-5pm
Role & Company:
We are currently recruiting for a leading building services FM provider iwho cover works across Yorkshire & the North West.
Your role will be to oversee the Helpdesk function. Provide direction to ensure high performance delivery and value for money from the Helpdesk team, internal engineers and sub contractors.
Monitor and measure performance.
Setting up appropriate systems aligning with and using CAFM software systems.
Specific experience of 'COINS' would be of benefit but not essential.
Skills and qualities need for this role:
- Previous experience in facilities management hard services.
Previous experience in the Healthcare Sector.
Previous experience in administration of service contracts.
Client and customer service focused, with resident needs being at the forefront of this.
Good leadership and people management skills
