Purpose of the role:
Our client is a leading facilities management company in the UK that is requiring a Facilities Administrator to join their team in a busy medical setting based in Daventry.
The role comes with fantastic prospects to develop 'deeper' admin experiences such as budgeting, compliance, and internal audits. This could lead to a career up the FM management tract for the right person.
The right candidate will be a competent Facilities Administrator who is fast at picking up systems and a good problem-solver when planning where engineers go to jobs and appointments. You will answer some client queries, so good customer service skills are essential and you must be able to take detailed notes on issues, monitoring works completion and update the system.
Duties:
Deliver and monitor the Service Delivery Plans and KPIs
Focus on identification of correct problem codes, effective task diagnosis, and quality/detailed updating of concept notes
Support the senior contract manager with budget planning, and oversight of the PO checklist across the contract.
A monthly review of all planned maintenance tasks
To support the Senior Contract Manager to develop relations with client management teams to ensure the delivery of the contract
Management of Helpdesk reactive task volumes
Liaising with contractors for PPM and reactive works
Hard Services Manager and the coordination of all associated documentation such as SSOW/RAMs requests
The candidate:
Previous experience in facilities management administration role
Have a methodical approach
Be able to work on your initiative
Have basic Health and Safety knowledge
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Being proficient in relevant computer programmes (Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, etc) is a must
