Maintenance Joiner

Temp to Perm

£29.5k plus on call

Redcar

About the role:

Our client is looking for a temp to perm maintenance joiner to join their estates team in Redcar.

Duties

 


  • Inspection of all the fire doors on the site and carry out repair works to these.
  • Joinery repairs
  • Door Ironmongery( door closures, locks, fittings etc..)
  • Flooring
  • Roof repairs
  • Furniture & equipment assembly and repair
  • Window repairs & replacements
  • Periodic inspection of fire doors, panic bars
  • Installation and fixing of all types of ceilings

The Person


  • You must be times served
  • NVQ level 2 
  • You must have commercial maintenance experience
  • Clean UK Driving licence 
  • DBS required
