We are currently recruiting a Facilities Administrator to work in the Stoke area. The role is hybrid, working predominantly from home but with some visits to different sites and offices in the area for meetings. You'll need your own vehicle to get to these sites but expenses are covered.

The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday - core hours are 9am - 5pm but there is some flexibility.

Duties of the role include:

 


  • Day to date Administration duties
  • PA duties for the Ops Manager.
  • Creating tender acceptance letters.
  • Taking minutes at high level meetings.
  • Occasional compilation and delivery of presentations.
  • Compiling board reports.
  • Following through Small works and lifecycle requests.
  • Updating O+M's.
  • Managing invoice requests - making sure they're correct and reconciled in the right area.
  • Updating the database with pertinent information.
  • Receiving Safety Risk Alert documentation and processing.
  • Visiting different customer sites and completing inspections.
  • Meeting site staff while out on visits to note and issues to escalate.
  • Proactivity - chasing people for answers if they've not responded to finish reports and close down issues.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:


  • Experienced Administrator
  • Driver with a vehicle to access sites.
  • Self starter who can work from home.
  • Ability to prioritse workload.
  • Driven to succeed and proactive attitude.
  • Attention to detail.
