The company:
Our client provides specialist workplace & property management services to a wide range of clients throughout the UK. They are expanding their team based in Sheffield and are looking for a PPM Team Leader to join them. The role is office based.
The role:
To look after a team of schedulers who will act as the key point of contact for engineers, ensuring work is efficiently and effectively planned and coordinated. The post-holder will ensure administer and manage reactive and planned fabric, mechanical and electrical works within a designated geographical area. The Team Leader will focus on continuous improvement, speed, and proficiency of internal processes ensuring client expectations are achieved whilst keeping engineer non-productive time to an absolute minimum.
Team Leader duties:
Lead a team of Schedulers
Undertake basic HR responsibilities such as return to work, 1:2:1's, appraisals, and teams meetings
Undertake reporting and utilise data from both internal and external systems
Demonstrate a high level of competency, efficiency, and experience
Coaching and development of schedulers
The ideal candidate will need:

Be organised and plan well
Have great communication skills
Be reliable
Have good attention to detail - the role requires being accurate in interpreting and communicating commercial details
