My client is looking to hire experienced PA to work on a large property management portfolio in Wakefield. In this role you will be working alongside the Operations Director to help them manage their time and diary.
Duties of the role include:
- Support and assistance to the Operations Director
- Running reports on KPIs for maintenance, budgets, forecasting etc
- Liaising with other senior managers and contractors on behalf of the Operations Director
- Administration duties - creating files and documents, travel and diary management
- Liaising with the end client and property managers arranging meetings and collecting information as required
- Being involved in health, safety and compliance
As the role is working for an FM company, experience working in a facilities management environment is advantageous. You will need to hit the ground running in this role with little training so candidates must have previous experience as a PA.

- Previous PA experience is essential
- FM experience is advantageous
