Technical Compliance Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Compliance Manager to join a leading Facilities Management company in West Yorkshire to work on a PFI Healthcare contract.
As the Technical Compliance Manager, you will coordinate all compliance aspects of the sites service delivery and be responsible for improving operational standards across all levels of the Estates service.

Duties
- Ensure current delivery meets with legislative, contractual, and good industry practice standards
- Clearly define policies and procedures to ensure compliance with a range of engineering standards including Statutory Legislation, HTMs and Contractual obligations.
- Create and manage an effective 'Electronic Information Management System' to support site operations and compliance auditing.
- Control the Asset Management process on site to ensure Asset data is kept up to date and relevant to ensure the estate is compliant.
- Provide leadership across a range of compliance disciplines.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- Proven experience of auditing and reviewing compliance of hard FM contracts and assessing risk
- Previous compliance management experience on a facilities management contract
- Previous experience of Facilities Management on a healthcare contract is ideal but not essential
- PFI Knowledge and experience in ideal but not essential
- Management (HTM) and general working knowledge of British Standard Documents and Hard FM Industry good practice such as CIBSE and SFG20 etc.
- Practical knowledge of CAFM systems, and the relationship to Hard FM Asset Strategy and the ability to understand the linkage with Asset management strategy and knowledge gathering to drive improvement and compliance.
- HTC/ HND / Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Building Services Engineering or equivalent through experience.
