Mechanical Plumber
Morpeth
£29k plus on call
Our client is looking for a maintenance plumber to join their estates team and carry out PPMs across their estate buildings.
The Role
As a maintenance, you will be joining a team of 20 staff to assist with the maintenance within a plant room and their estates departments.
Duties include:
- Servicing air handling units
- Servicing and maintenance of calorifiers
- Servicing and maintenance of plate heat exchangers
- Pipework
- Working on pressure systems
- Legionella awareness - servicing thermostats mix valves and recording temperatures.
- Shower head descaling
- Fixing dripping taps and leaking toilets
Qualifications
- HNC/ONC/C&G plumbing or mechanical engineering
The Person
- You will be immediately available.
- You may have experience of working within a hospital environment.
- You will be required to have a DBS if you do not already have one.
